In the focusMT settings, you can make changes to the tenant or manage authorisations.

Manage authorisations

Navigate via the menu to Settings -> Manage permissions.

You must grant permissions for the organization, KPIs, goals or projects to every user who does not have an admin role. One read or write authorisation can be granted per node.

In larger organizations, not every employee may be allowed to see or change everything. Detailed authorisations can be useful for upcoming changes to the organizational structure or for confidential product developments.

Notes:

• The write authorisation always includes the read authorisation.
• All subordinate nodes inherit the assigned authorisations. A right at the top level authorises read or write access to the entire structure.

Copy authorisations Authorisations can be copied from one employee to another.

System Configuration

Navigate to Settings -> Configure System via the menu.

FocusMT is preconfigured with default values when delivered. The system can be customized and scaled using System Parameters. These parameters apply to all users of the respective tenant.

In addition to the tenant-specific system parameters, there are User Parameters that are stored in many places. For example, they ensure that the last filter criteria are saved for the next call.
