My focusMT

The My focusMT menu displays user-specific information and content.

My actions

Navigate to My focusMT -> My tasks via the menu.

This overview displays all tasks for the logged-in user, including their implementation status, start and end dates, and assigned objects. For tasks whose end date is in the past, the date is displayed in red so that due tasks can be identified at a glance.

The filter in the header can be used to select whether you want to see all tasks or only open tasks. The search field can be used to search for specific tasks.

The link for the assigned objects takes you quickly to the goals, projects, and strategic action areas where you can edit the tasks if necessary.

My responsibilities

Navigate to My focusMT -> My responsibilities via the menu.

Responsibilities are assigned to goals, KPIs and strategic action areas. This overview displays all responsibilities of the logged-in user as well as the assigned objects with their validity period.

The filter in the header can be used to select whether you want to see all responsibilities or only current and future ones. The search field can be used to search for specific responsibilities.

The link to the assigned objects takes you quickly to the goals, KPIs and strategic action areas to view or edit further content.

My Roles

Navigate to My focusMT -> My Roles.

Employees can now be assigned to new or existing roles in organisational units and projects in order to more accurately describe their tasks within the organisation (e.g. department head, design engineer, data protection officer) or a project (e.g. client, project manager, project team member). The roles can have any name, with existing values suggested for selection. Roles with management/managerial functions (department head, project manager) can be marked.

Using the filter in the header, you can choose whether you want to see all roles or only current and future roles. You can use the search field to search for specific roles.

The link to the assigned objects takes you quickly to the organisational units and projects to view or edit further content.
